Getting My first period after being on birth control for 2 years

Hi guys so i recently got my period (in April) after being off birth control since May 2024 and being on itt for 2 years. Now that my period is back my body is acting crazy. So i got some spotting that felt like period and has the same symptoms as a period but just light ( from March 31- April 4) , however, i got a much heavier period with the same symptom on April 11- 16. And then yesterday May 2nd i started spotting again and im getting the same symptoms. I know my body is trying to regulate but i am so confused.
