Ttc in fertile window.

My husband and I had sex 3 days before I got a positive opk, and I’ve really been feeling crampy today, so that would have been 4 days before ovulation. Do I have a chance at pregnancy? We tried again today, but he wasn’t able to finish inside, and he said “here I’ll put it in you with my fingers” I’m pretty sure that won’t help lol. He also had difficulty getting off when he’s tired, and he started a very strenuous job this week so we probably won’t be able to try again before the days over.
