Does anyone have any healthy tips on how to shorten your period or making it more regular?

My period is a bit irregular, lasts between 5-7 days and my cycle length range from 30-45 days.

I work out six days a week (cardio three days a week for my mental health and strength training three times a week for my physical health), I barely eat any sweets/snacks, I drink lots of water, and I eat pretty healthy.

I can’t go on birth control.

I’ve checked my hormones already and the doctor said I’m fine, went to a gynecologist and she also said I’m fine, told me to start taking bc but that just made me super depressed and ruined my sleep so I had to stop.

I’m looking for natural remedies, like is there something special I should eat more or less of?
