Tips for extra fiber???

I’ve been constipated for weeks. Still going daily (or almost daily) but it’s a struggle. I’m eating plenty of fruit and I only eat whole wheat bread and wraps etc…. Cooked vegetables have been hard for me but I am eating raw veggies like carrots and cucumbers with hummus or chickpea salad. Nothing I eat seems to have any effect. I’m getting plenty of water too. Should I be taking a fiber supplement?? I think it’s partially my iron supplements that could be the problem…
