Light pink spotting 5 weeks

Hi ladies, I’m 5 weeks today and when I went to the bathroom this afternoon I saw a tiny bit of pink when I wiped. Should I be worried? I’m still having symptoms (occasional nausea, bloating, very sore boobs, fatigue). I just did another pregnancy test and it still looked good, the test line was darker than the control line…

This is my second pregnancy and I never had this with my son so I’m a little concerned…
