Medical records and inductions

I had an induction with my first born and it was 9 years ago.. someone gave me a suggestion to get my medical records with whom I delivered with. I’m not sure if I have to request records from the OBGYN’s office or the actual hospital where I delivered her? Does anybody know? In short, I’m just trying to find out if it was an elective decision or if it was because of other medical factors leading me to need it my first time. I am about 31 weeks now and I am a nervous wreck because I’m not sure how this delivery will go. I’m not sure if I have to get an induction again. I can’t recall what the obgyn said to me 9 years ago about the reason why I had to get an induction.. but I’d better find it out in case my health warrants me to get another one this go round..
