First time IUI and terrified

We have been trying for over a year now with our third child. This cycle the doctor switched me from letrozole to clomid and wants to do my first IUI. When I went for my last ultrasound she told me I had 4 follicles that could release eggs, and she was sure at least 3 definitely would. I am terrified of 3 or 4 babies coming from this. Just want to know what other peoples experiences have been with having that many eggs and doing IUI. I go im a few days to do the IUI and I’m just kind of freaking out
