Chemical pregnancy, early miscarriage, weird late period??

for a few weeks now I’ve been nauseous every single morning. I normally get extremely bad period symptoms about a week before my period but this time I did not. My period was a week late and when it did come, it was normal bleeding for the first half of the day then I used the restroom and when wiping there was a large, fleshy chunk on the toilet paper but it was pink, not dark like a normal period clot- think of a piece of tongue or a slug. I’ve been cramping a lot more than usual and every time I go pee there are tiny, red fleshy dots (best way I can describe it) in the toilet and when wiping. After 1 full day of bleeding my period has been very light, like it’s ending but they normally last at least 5 days and I am still having a lot of cramping. I am on birth control but have been slacking with taking it and sexually active. I’ve never experienced this in my periods before so I came to see if I’m overreacting or if it’s something to be concerned about!
