Anyone else have this?

Has anyone else had a subchorionic hemorrhage in their first trimester? I had an ultrasound this past Monday at 9 weeks and 1 day, and I just received my results. I have a 2.7 cm subchorionic hemorrhage and no adnexal abnormality is seen. The doctor saw me after the ultrasound and said everything with me and the baby looks perfect. Backstory: Two different instances when I was sitting back in a chair and went to sit up I had a rubber band popping sensation in my abdomen, and totally unrelated but it also is painful briefly after intercourse with my husband. I do plan on contacting my OB tomorrow but just want a peace of mind for the time being.
