Cycles changing
I’m almost 35… I have noticed that my cycle is a little shorter, and I will have two heavier period days on day 1 is medium, day 2 is heavy! 3/4 are practically nothing and then I’ll bleed again day 5.. sometimes spot old blood after that for a day.
Anyone have this happen as they get older ?
I am not on anything for birth control… my cycles are usually 24?days long.
