I’m worried

I got an hsg test done the other day and it turns out I only have one working fallopian tube. How likely is it that I can actually get pregnant.

I have also been struggling with the fact that I do not ovulate (at all) and never have so I’m trying all kinds of tricks and meds to kick start ovulation but then I’m worried I still won’t get pregnant because I only have one fallopian tube. I’m kind of lost and need advice.
