Potty training tips for going #2

My daughter just turned three last week, we’ve been in undies for 2.5 days during the day and pull-ups during naps and bedtime. She’s doing really good going pee in the potty and only has had a few accidents. But she is refusing to poop on the potty, she pooped her pants on day one but now is holding it. She has a favorite poop spot when she’s wearing a pull up and only poops in that spot at home. She hardly poops anywhere else only at home. What can I do to encourage her to go on the potty? I’ve tried giving her privacy, bribery, her going with me to the potty. I’m not sure what I can do I don’t want her hurting her belly holding her poop for days until she has an accident in her underwear.
