Similar experience ??
Af showed up 5 days early yesterday, it’s always on the dot and usually only feel cramps on the first day. Today I still feel like I’m dying still, it’s 3pm and I’m still in bed. I have never had such an awful period before. Last night I felt like I was gonna pass out. The bloating, cramps, and oh my god the nausea is AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!
