So upsetting😭 (pls read)

So I’ve been so emotional, I got a very light positive test on Thursday & a positive digital on Saturday. Yesterday which was Monday I started bleeding light pink & it eventually got brighter and a little bit more heavier. I went to the ER but since I’m still so very early on they didn’t see anything on ultrasound but my hcg levels were at a 6.8 and it had “high” next to it, my blood work also came back positive & they told me they couldn’t jump to conclusions and say miscarriage because they didn’t know how far along I am. All they told me to do is wait and follow up with my ob. (I also don’t have no cramping at all). Has anyone experienced this during early pregnancy & if yes what was your outcome? 😭
