Can someone tell me a little about how they work I had my 4th baby on the 9th of April. I have my 6wk postpartum appointment on the 2nd . Well my man and I had sex and now I'm super nervous because I took a ovulation test and it's positive is it possible to get pregnant again or am I pretty safe I just got my tubes tied not tied and burned. Please someone I had a C-section my 4th one that is why I'm so worried now
