Any tips?
I work night shifts 6:30pm-6:30am Sunday- Tuesday/Wednesday I have been TTC for over a year now I tried everything you can think of but I’m starting to think my work is the problem since my sleep is all over the place. I have recently changed my diet I’m making sure I’m getting enough protein and more sleep does anyone have the same problem with night shifts? Any tips ? I will be seeing a fertility doctor soon and I’m thinking of buying the Mira fertility tracker
