Should I call my OB/GYN?

I got my period May 1 through May 4, then again May 17, and I’m still bleeding. It’s been 12 days with no end in sight! My period has never lasted this long, and it’s so heavy. Im bleeding completely through a super tampon within 2hrs and sometimes clots larger than a quarter. Should I call my OB/GYN? Has anyone gone through the same?

(Im also 8 months postpartum but never had any issues.)
