Blood when i wiped 5w

Im 5w.3d pregnant and i just wiped and there was blood its been a couple.hours and i havnt had any more we did have sex yesterday. This is my 4th baby and my other 3 i never had any spotting. Im freaking out ive been balling for hours thinking im loosing this baby. I havbt had any pain or clots. It was darker and some kinda brown. But idk im freaking. I also have a chance of twins and ik that can cause spotting too. My mom had twins before me and her mom is a twin so idk whats the.chances of that
