Post-Surgery Questions

Nasreen

Hey guys! This is my first time posting in a while, I am just hoping to get some answers here. I am 22 and had a unilateral salpingo-oophorectomy

First a little backstory: Earlier this year I ended in the ER for sever abdominal pain which turned out to be fluid in my abdominal wall and an ovarian tumor. I had surgery to have removed but because of its size (it was watermelon sized) I also had my left ovary and left tube removed as well as my appendix and fatty section of abdominal wall. I am now almost fully recovered. Do get some pain here and there but nothing too bad

However the rest of my body seems to be in chaos. Before surgery, I didn’t get many pimples or blackhead, my skin wasn’t as oily, my hair didn’t fall out, and my cramps were manageable. BUT now it all in chaos. I am constantly breaking out, my cramps are so bad not even painkillers work, my hair keeps falling nonstop and my skin is a mess. Don’t get me started with my mood swings and irritation.

Is this something normal to experience?? Or am i just going crazy?? Anyone have any tips?? Also any exercises I can do that won’t jeopardize my recovery??
