Unsure?

I just started depo on may 16th, I was on depo a few years ago and never got periods, just cramping. Yes I have been sexually active. My period didn’t come last month after I got the shot and it just started which I thought was weird but my body has changed a lot. I was sitting down and got a very intense cramping sensation and when I stood up to do something I felt a rush and a big glob. When I went to the bathroom to see what it was I saw this and wasn’t sure if it’s normal or what? Never had it before. Not sure if it was just a normal weird looking blood clot or what it could be. Was very pink/ tanish looking not sure if picture shows very well..
