I need some hope

First off, I am very grateful for the kids I have and wouldn’t change a thing. My husband has adult children the youngest being 18 and we’ve been trying for a baby and nothing. He’s okay either way I should say bt for me it’s like I finally found the man that’s my forever and want a child from us and even though it’s only been 6 months trying my anxiety is taking over saying it’ll never happen. I calculate in my head that his youngest is 18 so he’s had no slip ups since then. I know way overthinking bt I just want it so badly! Is it possible his swimmers just died? He’s only 43 and I’m 35. He drinks and smokes so maybe bt he’s taking a multivitamin now. I am religious with all my supplements and bbt and lh strips so i know I’m not missing my window. I just suck at being patient especially when it’s been so easy for me to get pregnant before. Has anyone randomly gotten pregnant after trying and not working?
