1-2 weeks pregnant ?!?

Idk whats going on. My period has been kind of irregular this year, I been having sore boobs for about 3-4 weeks so on Monday i did a pregnancy test and it was positive, according to the Flo app it says im 6 weeks. Yesterday evening i had diarrhea that when i wiped there was blood, i kept calm and decided to wait until today to see how im doing. This morning again I had diarrhea and saw blood again so i decided to go to the hospital, i got blood work, came back normal, they say its probably hemorrhoids so i got some medication for that. I also got an vaginal ultrasound since the regular one they couldnt see anything. I was told im probably 1-2 weeks pregnant bc they couldnt see no sign of a baby yet because its very early. However due to the vaginal ultrasound i been spotting :( what yall think ?
