Started my journey in ttc and I need help

I need some help me and my bf have been trying to conceive for over a month and nothing is working. I feel like I can’t get pregnant which is heartbreaking. These past couple weeks I’ve had some symptoms like sore boobs, nausea, and slight cramping but today I started bleeding a little bit and have bad cramps on the right lower side of my stomach. I’m gonna see if it’s my period but if the bleeding stops im going to test. I’m just scared I can’t conceive. Anyone else have this problem?
