Birth control

So I was on birth control for two month before this month ( because I no longer take them anymore) I bleed for 19 days with kind of a 3 day break in between this is not normal for me so I stopped taking them but now I have no idea what my body is doing when I ovulate or when is my next period other than what my apps tell me which I feel now may be incorrect this app said the 10th,flo doesn’t even give me anything for the month at all the only thing I said is I should test which they had came out negative and my period calendar say I’m 4 days late I hate not knowing I’m normally good with listening to my body but now I feel off 😩😩😩
