Odd help lol

Ok yall so my period was supposed to start yesterday it normally comes a day earlier tho I had some cramping and bright pink spotting after I went to the bathroom and wiped took a shower put a pad on and went to work all day after that I’ve just been having brown blood coming out and negative pregnancy test.. im so confused I’ve also been super tired as nauseas asf lol ik pms and period symptoms are one in the same but I never had this happen before
