Spotting in early pregnancy

I’m 7w6d today and I’m in such a panic 😩 When I went to the toilet this morning I saw some spotting and it’s carried on throughout the day and I’ve had some cramping too. I phoned my local EPAC and they’re going to scan me tomorrow (already had an early scan and established a heartbeat ) but I’m terrified somethings wrong. I’m assuming this has happened to many, many women before me and everything turned out but any encouraging stories would be very appreciated ♥️♥️♥️🤞🤞🤞
