Contractions

Currently 34 weeks and 5 days been having painful contractions about 1 per hour lasting around 1 minute each when should I call my doctor? They haven’t gotten closer together this stated around 2 am and I had a similar experience with my last baby and this happened for 5 days before he arrived so definitely feel like I have time before needing to go to the hospital but very concerned she will arrive soon.. also within 5 minutes after each contraction I’m having to have a bowel movement is this normal?
