Where’s my Lining?! Very Late Period. Anyone experience similar?

I’m going through something right now. 😭😭 IDK if it’s perimenopause. I’ve never been so late before. 5 weeks late today.

I went to obgyn yesterday for Transvaginal Ultrasound. My doc said my endometrial lining is 5 Milometers. She can’t even give me Provera to make my period come because it won’t work because I have low lining. Everything else on the ultrasound is ok. She assumes hormones (Low FSH and LH hormone) is the issue. Waiting on bloodwork.

My question for you guys: Anyone with Late/Absent periods like this also have Low Lining?! Or have ever experienced similar? I have major, major health anxiety so I’m freaking out wondering what’s happened to my lining?!!

my Doc is NOT concerned about anything scary, she said it can be fixed and is not worried, but she did seem “stumped” - just need to wait for the bloodwork to come back, hopefully tomorrow 🙏🏻 I DO have Hashimotos / Hypothyroidism but this has neverrrr happened to me before.

Please someone, if anyone has any insight , im very anxious and scared , my anxiety is just through the roof right now 🙏🏻 I went on ChatGPT and read the worst case scenario that my doc never mentioned, and im freaking out 😩😭
