Vvfl? I’m scared

I’m 11 or 12 dpo I think.. didn’t stick to lh testing this month, was just going with the flow. Is this a positive? Within the time frame. Idk, I’m scared to trust it. Can’t take another because I poured my pee out thinking this would be negative.
