Simeon
My husband and I are having our third child. We are multicultural family- he’s from Serbia and I’m from the US. We live in the US.
We want to name our son Simeon. It’s a name in both countries but not super common. And we have gotten a lot of good feedback and know of a couple of kids named Simeon (teenagers) who have said they like the name.
My mom is a junior high teacher and is insisting that if we name our child Simeon that we are cruel bc of what kids will say- basically saying it’s the same as “semen”. I’m not saying it’s impossible- but we really don’t care as kids will find anything to pick on others for. Anyways… thoughts?
