Bleeding during pregnancy

Morning all, UK here, i need advice as I'm super concerned right now. Im currently 14 weeks pregnant and 2 days ago, suddenly out of no where i gushed dark red blood. No clots etc just blood. I phoned for an ambulance who had come to my home as i couldnt get off the toilet it was that bad! They rushed me to hospital on blue lights. I was there for hours and the bleedong continued all day but slowed as the day went on. I had a scan about 4 hours later. The baby is absolutely fine. They are stumped as to why I'm bleeding. No indication of anything anywhere. I was rushed to a hospitak that I'm not regiestered with due to it being an emergency so they took me to the closest one. The bleeding stopped later that same day. Fast forward 2 days and the bleeding has come back again only ever so slightly and only when i wipe. This is the first time this has happened to me and i was reassured that the baby is fine, but all they did was scan me. No blood test or urine test for infections. No internal exam, nothing. I'm heading to my hospital on Monday for a second opinion. Does anyone have any stories of a similar thing that has happened to them? This is our rainbow baby and we're beyond worried, scared and nervous at this point! Thanks x
