Implantation spotting or cycle starting?

I haven’t had my cycle since 4/22, nothing the month of May (no spotting, no bleeding, no cramping) this morning I woke up and see this (pic below) when I wipe. I’ve taken pregnancy test and have had my hcg drawn and it was all negative. I haven’t had sex in a few days so I know it’s not from that. Could this be implantation bleeding or does it look like my cycle is about to finally start? Please look at my results from my blood that was drawn on 6/2 IF I’m reading it right I may have either been ovulating or ovulation had recently occurred
