Herpes ‼️‼️

I’m 23 I recently found out I have genital herpes I’m devastated I know it can lay dormant for years but I’m pretty positive it came from my partner this is my first outbreak my groin area is hurting really

Bad my doctor says it’s my lymph nodes I feel like my life is over I have a 5 year old son I’m afraid to even touch the same things as him or give him kisses and share drinks/food I don’t know if that’s even a big deal but I just have so many things going through my mind right now if anyone else has this please tell me it gets better 😭 I worry about being alone for the rest of my life
