Help!! Sharp pelvic pain

I’m 19 weeks. Since last night my pelvic area has been having sharp/stabbing pain mostly on the left side and also on my left hip and noticed the pain also goes down my leg but it’s most intense in my left pelvic area / hip. I went to the ER, they said baby looks good, and they did an ultrasound on my kidney to rule out kidney stones. They said everything looked good and had a tiny bit of a UTI they’re going to treat for me. They said they’re not sure what could be causing it but to come back if it’s excruciating. So I went home and ate, and while eating the pain felt so much worse! I’m laying down now, but this has been going on all day and it’s making me cry. I also feel a little bit of pressure in my butt hole, but only a little. Please if anyone has had something similar please please comment.
