Would you really leave him?

Question

I see a lot of women commenting on topics and the response is always " I WOULD LEAVE MY HUSBAND IF HE EVER DID THAT"

But would you really? I believe in fighting for your marriage especially if you married this person. It's not something to just throw away. There are certain things that can be worked on to build trust again without throwing away an entire relationship.

. I'm not talking about abusive situations. That is the one time I would agree with that statement.

Call me crazy but I believe you won't know what you would do until you were in that situation with the love of your life.

I absolutely agree. I try to give advice based on my own experiences and even then I know similar situations are still different situations. If someone has never been through it, it's hard to know how they would actually react.

If my husband cheated on me, told me I was worthless and would try to control my money and not allow me to have any, or abused me.. Then I most certainly would leave. I don't depend on a man. I love him w all of my heart but can support myself and if needed, would do so. I feel bad for the women who say they are trapped because they have zero money to their name and that they're afraid of what their husband would do if they said they wanted to leave. Its so sad.

For women who are in any form of an abusive relationship I would absolutely say I would leave and encourage that but I just believe until you are given the situation a lot of these women face it's easier said than done.

There are many things that I said I wouldn't stay for when we got married.... Yet my husband is worth it enough that I choose to work on the problems we have.

If I ever ended up in an abusive relationship of any kind.... Emotional, physical, or verbal I would absolutely leave.

😅😅😅 I see the same comment over and over again. Sadly some of the women who post comments like that are probably the ones who is putting up with the most b.s from their mates. Its okay to ask for advice but people should NOT be depending on strangers opinion about their personal situation.

There are just some situations that you could never get past no matter what you did. Loosing trust in a marriage is a big thing. I honestly wouldn't be able to get past getting lied to or being cheated on. I would 100% leave him and he knows this as he would leave me on the same grounds. Guess you need to know each others thoughts on the matter.

Maybe not, but when I see posts about men hitting or throwing things at their wives I tell them what I hope someone would tell me if I found myself in that situation, which is that it's not Ok for your partner to treat you like that and if your partner can't stop, you need to leave. It will probably be the hardest thing you do, but you can't allow yourself to be treated like that. 
I hope I'm never in that situation, but for myself and my children,  that's what I need to do.
