Everyone keeps saying "when you stop trying it'll work" what does that mean? I get so frustrated when I hear that! Been TTC for a year now :/

Its just encouraging words that mean nothing. After TTC for over 3 years  we "Quit" didn't track it didn't worry about it didn't test it!  Did that for more than a year. Nothing!  Didn't work for us

Lol well when you ladies figure out the answer PLEASE let me know! Because it's really hard to "stop trying" when I'm in the fun of conception I don't think baby, but then after we're done every time, I think "I hope this is it" 😂 and then I stress all the way until my expected AF in hopes she doesn't come which in return I guess causes me not to ovulate. SMH how can you stop stressing over something you want so badly?

Me too!!!! It's always on my mind and my body tells me when I'm ovulating. So how do I stop trying?!?!?

I think if more implies "when you take the stress of yourself and just enjoy it then you get pregnant"

I have no idea how to "stop trying" but supposibly when you're thinking about it you're stressing yourself and ovulation doesn't occurred or it does but not as strong as it should be
