HELP LADIES :)
Just found out I was pregnant Friday I am roughly 4 1/2 weeks & I was going to call & make a doctors appointment tomorrow... At my first appointment will they determine the due date & do a vaginal ultrasound or any ultrasound at all? Thanks in advance (first time mom) :)
