Headache relief?

Hi guys,

I'm 12 weeks and 3 days with my first child. I keep getting the worst headaches. Anything I can take or do to relief the pain? Thank you!!!

Keep hydrated. Dehydration is the #1 cause of headaches.
As soon as you wake up drink 2-4 cups room temp water. Then wait at least ½ hr to eat. This should help a lot. 
Also, it's recommended not to drink much during meals, a lot in between. 
And ice in your water slows down the body's ability to metabolize it. You actually can pass water that never really benefitted you.

Tylenol and maybe try some caffeine? that's what really helps my headaches

Try a cold compress on the back of your neck. I used to take ibuprofen like crazy but, now that works really well.

Tylenol is safe to take. Or try eating a small meal? I tend to get headaches when I'm hungry and that's all the time now at 30w. A warm towel on the forehead helps too

I'm allergic to Tylenol, and have gotten some pretty bad headaches, too. I don't have allergies at all, but doc said Allegra and caffeine (not too much) and it worked well. Hope that helps. Good luck!

Tylenol and make sure u r staying hydrated! Your body needs plenty of water..  not getting enough water is what causes my headaches
