Hey ladies I could use some positivity!

I had an ultra sound at almost 7 weeks and they said everything looks great.. Strong heart beat, measuring correctly and everything, but in the ultra sound picture the gestational sac looks really long and thin. They didn't comment on it and I wish I had asked. Did any of you have this and it changed shape? I'm just worried it could cause a problem. I need to stop stressing myself out but I can't help it!
