I have been checking my temperature every morning for a bit over a month; however, I've been checking it after I get out of bed and walk to the bathroom. In the beginning I was starting my morning routine before remembering to take my temp. I just read that it needs to be taken before you even move (which would explain some weird drops and rises). Should I just throw out/ignore the temps I've taken so far? Is walking a few feet enough to throw it off? For my next cycle, I'll take it before getting out of bed.
