Birth Control: Depo 😒

So I've been on depo before. Years before my daughter. I did gain weight. I went from 160 to 185 😁 it took a toll on Me specially when ppl noticed. I went back down to my normal weight while I was pregnant && after having her.  I just recently got the shot AGAIN January 8th. I've decided this time I'll feed my cravings healthy snacks && drinks tons of water. Has anyone else tried eating healthy while on Depo? Has it helped with the weight gain. I'm so nervous ugh
