How long did you wait after miscarriage to start trying again?

I have recently had a miscarriage, over the weekend and just wanted people's opinions on when they started to try again, my partner has said he wants to wait until I am ready, but I think I am, but I am not sure as I am scared it will happen all over again :(

We recently lost our angel September 2015 and we started trying after a 1st period your body will let you know when you are ready as it did with me i felt like I was ready but my body wasn't we've been ttc since October and hoping our rainbow will arrive soon take your time and relax xx

I had a miscarriage the week of thanksgiving and we waited until the bleeding stopped. So we started trying like 2 weeks after the miscarriage. I had a normal period 4 weeks later. We haven't had our BFP yet. But we are believing it will be this month or next month. I'm so sorry for your loss. I think you should try whenever you feel ready! Goodluck.
