Ouch! Sciatica pain at 14weeks :(

This is my 3rd pregnancy and I would I got this pain pretty bad towards the end of my last pregnancy. 14 weeks seems too soon for it to set in!

Any mommas out there have any tips\tricks to help ease this pain and deal with the next 25 weeks?! Thanks!
