Would it be considered cheating....????

So here's a oddball question. My wine and dine ladies (My weekly get together group) and I were talking about unfaithfulness in marriage. How both sexes do it, not just the sterotypical men and if the marriage survives what kind of lasting consequences might there be.

Then one of my friends asked this: Would it be considered cheating if you and a friend who are both the same sex decide to experiment and have sex " to see what it is like" She went on to say that as woman we "love" our besties and that we also romantically love our husbands/ significant other. So would it be considered cheating.

I have my opinion about it but I thought this would be a great question for everyone on here to debate. So what do you all think.
