How do i get rid of it?

Ugh. This could not happen at any worse of a time. So these past few days I've noticed a bump on my lady parts down there. I have great hygiene so wth? Anyway, it's below the skin and there isn't a way of popping it because there isn't a head. I'm pretty sure it's only a pimple of some sort ( I freaked out when I felt it and looked up hepes, and I really don't think that's what it is) also I've only been with my bf for two years and we're both clean so I really doubt it's an STD. Its soooo sore and I'm being induced later this week. I couldn't imagine dealing with the pain after birth and this at the same time. What can I do?
