Anyone else?

Bit TMI but yanno cause during pregnancy you get constipated, I'm finding myself ALWAYS bleeding from my bum due to tearing from straining, it's 100% from there and not from spotting/bleeding etc. Just wondering if anyone else has this? And if you know how to help🙏🏻🙁🙄

Sounds crazy but try not to strain as much. Also, if you have a step stool you can put in front of the toilet to get your knees above your stomach that will help. Saw a guy going on about it on "Shark Tank" a while back. Thought he was crazy! But then I got pregnant and figured I'd try anything... And turns out he wasn't so crazy after all!

Try magnesium supplements and drink some coffee to soften your stool . I honestly try to never "push" when I'm going. I also second the "step stool" idea, I never go without one! Haha it works

I have had it too and the first time I was terrified and went to the ER! Pretty sure they laughed at me!! Colace helped me a lot and Tucks wipes which have Witch Hazel which helps soothes the area.
