3-Hour Glucose Test
I took my 3-hour test today (not as torturous as I thought it would be besides extreme thirst, but I did have my husband there, so I was able to nap, lol). One out of four of my levels was high, so the doctor told me to avoid sweets and carbs, then retake the test in 3-4 weeks.
