Anxiety- back to work soon

I go back to work in 3 weeks after having a glorious 12 weeks off. My mother in law is watching him for two days a week, my Mom is watching for two days a week and then he's going to daycare one day a week. Is it bad that I'm more nervous for my mother-in-law to watch him than anyone else? Is it just because I've never seen her around babies? Is it because she's cranky and will probably just carry him around all day? Ugh. Anyone else have these problems?
