Best way to loose weight fast ???

I need to loose few stone we tried to concieve for 7 month and all weight I put on during my last pregnancy hasn't helped any ideas folks I'm taking a break and getting married this year in September then going to climb back on 🙊

I once tried juice plus and I want to get back on it myself and it's great! It make you feel amazing and you can loose weight, you need to workout though to so you can see and feel the benefit:) I may buy some when I get my wage through. It's good with fruit blended for breakfast or a dinner :) also good to have at the gym. Or just have a really healthy lifestyle and go to the gym a lot or even just use exercise DVDs maybe however you prefer
