Does anyone think it's ridiculous to try and lose weight while ttc?

I gained 20 pounds after I got married.   Although we are ttc I am still trying to fit into my clothes!

Currently losing weight. I just lost 60 lbs in the last six months and I have 60 more pounds to lose. It's absolutely okay to lose weight while ttc.

Hell no it's not ridiculous,  I am working on losing 15 pounds. Until the test says positive, "get your diet and workout on!!" Just don't go crazy with it and starve yourself.

Being at a healthy weight helps with fertility

Not at all if you're not at a healthy weight. If you're overweight, it can drastically improve your odds. If your within a normal weight range, Toni Weschler says you should wait to lose weight.
